Small Fabric Heel Inserts

Approximate size = 10cm by 4cm

These fabric heel inserts are specially padded to provide extreme comfort, 

they have a sticky back to ensure it stays in place, 

simply peel off the backed plastic sheet and stick onto your shoes' inner heels.

Helps prevent rubbing and cutting of sore heels so 

you never need to put plasters on your heels again.

Can also be used as an insole pad to target a small area of your

insole to prevent rubbing or to provide extra comfort.

If irritation or discomfort occurs while using insoles
