The Pixel Technologies SMB-Plug to F-Female adapter cable is very similar to the adapters that are included with the SiriusXM Home Signal Distribution Kit, and many XM antennas that use RG-6 coaxial cable.

This cable is useful for connecting RG-6 cable (Coaxial cable typically used with cable television) with the SMB antenna input jack found on most Sirius and XM receivers.

In addition to serving as a replacement for the adapters included with the SiriusXM Home Signal Distribution Kit, these adapter cables can be used with other Pixel Technologies products to make almost any SIRIUS or XM antenna into a multi radio system.

Please if you have an issue with the remote is most likely the battery needs to be wiped or wiggled as I tested few and the work after wiping the battery .
Its a common issue from a shelf sitting without use.
