Refunds:
We work with limited margins, unfortunately we cannot afford to accept returns for any reason, because Return must be received in new condition with original packaging. Return item must be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee if you qualify for a credit for return. Consignee (you) is responsible for return shipping charges.
Shipping:
We ship with Australia Post Regular Service it does not include INSURANCE and Signature on Delivery. WE Recommend INSURANCE to avoid any loss in transit. All registered items include insurance. We will be glad to follow any instructions from the buyer with regard to postage options. You’re requested to not to opt negative feedback (or liability) in relation to any uninsured shipping issue.
