Description: The scarce softcover version of the first printing of the first edition. 3210 copies of the first edition were printed, of which 1250 were bound in softcovers. Few of these appear to have survived. 182 pages. Original paper-covered card covers. Wear to extremities, fading, and front cover detached (see pictures). This was a relatively cheaply-made and ephemeral item, which is now fragile.  Free of inscriptions. A scarce survival.
