A very cool Elvis and his 1957 Cadillac. Elvis is showing off the license plate 'topper'. In 1957 Leboneur children's hospital in central Memphis issued one of those license plate 'toppers' to anyone who chose to donate to the hospital Only people who made a donation were given one of those plates. There aren't many of those around. That's the reason for the letters on each end of the plate, LE & BH. The letters stand for 'Leboneur'. For some years following they continued that practice. For how long, I don't know. Might even still be doing that.
