Power Chair Motor Rebuild includes the following: 
Motor and Gearbox Disassembly
Armature tested and repaired (rewound if needed). 
Gearbox is rebuilt:  shafts, bearings, seals
Brake is tested and rebuilt: voltage release, manual release, pads, switch
Wiring harness inspected and repaired as needed 
Brush holders are tested for insulation leakage by 1,000 volt hi-pot to ground.
Bearings are replaced    Brushes are replaced
Motor reassembly and testing, Cleaning and painting, Labor Warranty  (6 months)
