Brand new Air Filter Kit HA3017 or PP214 

The PP214 Air Filter replacement kit consists of an air input filter and an air output filter as well as the fuel pick up filter.

The PP214 or HA3017 air filter kit is for every nearly oil fired heater made by Desa 90k-200K BTU

Desa Brands: Reddy, Remington, Master, Knipco, Koehring,  and John Deere

It is important to keep the air filter and fuel delivery system of any portable heater clean and free of any type of foreign debris, dirt or carbon dust from the air pump rotor.

Here is what is included in the PP214 kit:

  • 1 M11637 Lint Filter
  • 1 M12179 Intake Filter
  • 1 M12244-1 Output Filter
  • 1 M51150-01 Fuel Filter

M12179 Foam Air Input Filter: Located at the right rear of the motor and its purpose is to filter all incoming air prior to entering the air pump. This filter design is such that it can be cleaned in a mild, soapy solution, thoroughly dried and used over again.

M12244-1 Air Output Filter: Located under the plastic end cover on the left and needs to be replaced on an annual basis. This filter's purpose is to prevent any carbon dust (from rotor or blade wear) from entering the air passages in the nozzle. This filter is non-cleanable and should be replaced when a considerable buildup of carbon dust is observed
