How to Replace Your Toner Cartridge 🖨️

Follow these simple steps to get your printer running again quickly and easily.

Step 1: Select Replacement Mode

Use the printer's keypad to navigate the menu.
Select “Replace Toner” and then choose the specific cartridge.

Step 2: Access & Remove Old Cartridge

The chosen cartridge will rotate into position.
Open the printer door, lift the handhold, and gently pull the old cartridge out.

Step 3: Prepare New Cartridge

Take the new toner out of its box.
Gently shake it side to side.
Remove the protective tape completely.

Step 4: Install & Finalize

Insert the new cartridge, aligning the color-coded arrows.
Push down gently until it clicks into place.
Close the front door. Your printer is now ready! Print a test page to confirm.
