This is a new with tags black strapless dress that would is perfect for a homecoming dance or clubwear.  This dress is a shiny silky 100% polyester with the seams sewn in diagonal angles that dresses it up nicely.  It also has black sequins scattered around which makes it extra dressy.  The underarm to underarm measurement is 15 inches across lying flat (fits approximately a 30-32 bust).  The underarm to hem measurement is 27.5 inches.  All of my items come from a smoke and pet free home.
