How to Complete the Transaction

We accept PayPal and in some cases purchase orders from universities.  Please contact us as soon as possible after winning the bid.   Ebay will send a confirmation to you that you have won the bid so use that as a starting point to complete the transaction with PayPal.

Please include the ebay item number in ALL correspondence.  When paying by PayPal the item will be shipped to the CONFIRMED ADDRESS.  Please do not send an e-mail or ebay message with a different shipping address other than your PayPal or ebay address of record.  PayPal CONFIRMED ADDRESSES get priority unless you are very, very specific about where to send the item and use the ebay messaging system for the request to ship to a different address.

Shipping will be made via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service to the U.S. and Canada.  UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please make sure we have your physical address.  International shipments other than Canada will be sent via ebay's Global Shipping Program.  

International bidders  MUST request shipping quotes before submitting payment and MUST provide complete address information including a telephone number so the shipping will be acceptable to customs.  International shipments other than Canada will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service or DB Schenker.  International shipping charges may be higher than the value of the item so be aware of that possibility.  International bidders are responsible for any additional fees required for international shipments including custom's fees, duties, taxes, etc.  Also, we will NOT falsify the package contents, nor could we, since the item is listed on ebay and the Global Shipping Program forwards all items outside the U.S. with the ebay description on the customs paperwork.
