We honor the manufacturer's warranty for Eagle products.
Warranty period for this Eagle lead kit is:
3 years from date of purchase or 60,000 km whichever occurs first.

*Warranty will be deemed void if goods have been abused, misused, tampered with,
altered in any way, used for a purpose other than that stated on the carton or fitted to a non street driven vehicle.
Warranty stated shall be limited to the replacement of the faulty lead/s or complete lead set only.
In the event of a claim, please contact us immediately. The defective item will need to be posted back to us.
Shipping costs and any labor costs for all warranty items are the responsibility of the buyer.

Parts that are damaged due to incorrect installation or mistreatment are not covered under warranty.
Check the parts carefully on receiving them. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt if part is damaged.

Returns

Returns are happily accepted if the item returned back meets these conditions:

• Item is returned in original brand new condition

• All pieces have been returned

• Original packaging is returned, undamaged

• Item is returned within 30 days of purchase

Parts are used, missing, modified or damaged
Packaging is damaged

Postage

This item will be sent by Australia Post.

Our standard service is Australia Post Parcel Post (with Tracking)

If you are not home at time of delivery, the item may be sent to your local post office for pickup,
the driver will put a card in your mailbox so you know it is waiting and ready to pick it up at the post office.

As soon as the item is posted a tracking number will be supplied, and can be found
in your ebay "Won/Purchased" section.

Items will be sent usually within 24 hours of receiving payment (Mon-Fri).
In most cases you will receive your goods quickly but please allow up to 10 working days for them to arrive.
If you haven't received it after 10 days please contact us and we will investigate with Australia Post.
