WARRANTY/RETURN:
The Cobra DHC 2000 welding cutting hand piece has a lifetime warranty through the manufacturer from the original purchase date, against any defect due to faulty materials or workmanship excluding tips.
In the event that your merchandise is damaged in transit or found to be defective, please contact us via email within 7 days after receipt this product. Regardless of issue, items that must be returned are at the buyers shipping expense.
Upon receipt of the item and completions of our inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed. If the order is found to be defective, we can either grant a full refund (Credit Card, Pay pal, or check), or a replacement with no additional cost to you. If the order is not found to be defective we can grant a refund of 80% of your original payment.
Our warranty does not apply to products that have been misused, modified, repaired or abused by anyone. We reserve the right as final authority on whether the products should be replaced or refunded.
The product will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or damages of any nature arising from the sale of the product.
