Vintage white cotton baby dress (no label), has insets of light blue tatting, all hand stitched into the panels, sleeve & collar edging, will fit a small infant or larger baby doll (please measure for correct fit),  has a back opening that needs a safety pin to close, is in excellent clean condition other than having a light pin-head sized tan mark on the front side....please see pictures.  A very pretty old dress with unusual tatting detail.
