Innovative Wheel Solutions specializes in fulfilling our customers’ orders as fast as possible for your convenience. All orders ship the next business day. We do not offer customer pick-up, our warehouses do not have administrative staff to assist any walk-in traffic. Thank you for understanding. Our business hours are between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm CST. Any order that is placed on Friday – Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. This does not include any federal or national holidays where normal business hours do not apply. Wheels are shipped one wheel per box. Our Standard Shipping is FedEx Ground.
This applies to the 48 continental states. Packages shipped using the FedEx Ground service takes between 1-4 business days. We are not responsible for any delays that are out of our control, including holidays and weather delays. We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) (www.usps.com) for international orders. Please contact us if you are interesting in having our wheels shipped to you internationally All tracking information will be sent to the email address provided in the order.
We accept payment by PayPal and Credit / Debit cards entered on eBay only. You must be registered with PayPal or eBay to buy from us.
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS based on the destination. Order tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped. Delivery estimate is typically 2-4 days for domestic only.
All items must be returned in the same condition it was received. Returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon return delivery date. Refunds are less the cost of the originally purchased shipping. Any item that is returned after 45 days will have a 20% restocking fee applied.
