Joan Lockerman – Burnham Thorpe Rectory Trees
Signed limited edition print, 1973, numbered 21/50

An original black-and-white limited-edition print by Joan Lockerman, signed and dated ’73 in pencil and numbered 21/50. Titled “Burnham Thorpe Rectory Trees”.

Burnham Thorpe in north Norfolk is the birthplace of Admiral Lord Nelson; the rectory and its trees form a distinctive local subject. The print has a bold, graphic quality with strong blacks and expressive linework, typical of mid-20th-century etching or relief printing.

The print is clean and well-presented in a dark wood frame with a wide white mount and is ready to hang (wire on reverse). Framed size approximately 14.5 cm × 34 cm (picture fills the frame).

A strong graphic Norfolk landscape with genuine local interest. Please study all photographs carefully for condition. Postage will be well packed.
