We accept returns in accordance with distance seller regulations and within the advertised timescale for the specific product(s) purchased.
With the exception of faulty items, items should be returned in brand new, clean and originally packaged condition. Refund deductions may be made for items returned in anything other than brand new condition or when shipping labels are applied directly to product packaging.
We will not accept responsibility for return postage costs unless authorised by us in advance.
All returns must be accompanied by a note including your full contact details and reason for the return.

We aim to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible, usually on the same working day for orders placed before 1pm (unless specifically stated in the listing)
