Antique Yellow Gold Red Stone and Pearl Ring Size 6.5. It's a low karat of gold between 7-8k. 

I'm unsure if the red stones are natural or man-made.

The ring is in good condition with light wear on the gold. The stones are mostly all damaged with chips and wear. 

The ring weighs 1.7 grams. The top of the ring measures 10mm wide.
