Vintage felt pennant for the C.M.T.C. — Citizens’ Military Training Camps, the U.S. Army’s civilian training camps of the 1920s–1930s.

Large grey felt pennant with the letters “C.M.T.C.” in individual sewn-on cream felt letters, a rust-orange hoist panel with a sewn-on silk U.S. flag (48 stars) on a yellow felt flagpole with cord and tassels, and felt ties at the hoist.

Condition notes: the silk flag shows small tears and wear, there are two small holes at the pennant tip, and there is general fading and age wear consistent with its age — please see the photos.
