2003 Ford Transit MK6 LWB Campervan | 130k Miles | 7 Months MOT | 3-Berth Family Layout
🚐 Description
For sale is our custom-built 2003 Ford Transit MK6 Long Wheelbase (LWB) Campervan. It has covered 130,000 miles and comes with the V5 logbook present in my name.
Being an older vehicle, it is not the fastest van on the road, but it plods along reliably. The bodywork is rough and ready in places with age-related marks, which is expected for a Transit of this vintage, but it is a highly functional and practical camper ready for new adventures.
The only reason for selling is that we simply do not get the time to use it anymore. Because it sits unused for long periods, the battery does currently go flat. As you can see from the MOT history, it has done very few miles between tests recently because it has been parked up. It just needs a regular run or a trickle charger.
