This item is in good used condition with some cosmetic wear. It has been tested and works. Throughout the body of this item there are surface scratches and blemishes. The tray also has scratches from use. This is a used toaster, I have done my best to remove as much prior crumbs as possible however, some crumbs and bread particles still remain so I do apologize in advance. This toaster is 15 lbs so I apologize as well as I cannot be flexible on the shipping cost due to the weight and size of this item.
