Delivery

Small items

Microwaves, cooker hoods, hobs and similar appliances are normally dispatched by an all-day courier service Monday to Friday. Delivery is free across UK mainland postcodes covered by the listing and typically arrives within two working days.

Large appliances

Large appliances such as washing machines and ovens are delivered by a specialist white-goods courier. Where access is safe and suitable, the courier will deliver the appliance into your home. Please ensure a suitable delivery contact number is included with your order.

Couriers cannot remove packaging or doors to fit appliances through narrow entrances.
Stairs, tight corners, restricted access and limited parking can affect delivery.
The delivery company will contact you to arrange a date and time based on your postcode.

Damage in transit

Please inspect the appliance promptly after delivery. Visible damage or missing items must be reported through eBay messaging within 48 hours. If damage is apparent at delivery, you may refuse the item. We may request photographs of the product and packaging.

Do not install an appliance that appears damaged.

Installation and guarantee

Appliances include the manufacturer's stated guarantee. Gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and hardwired electrical appliances must be installed by a suitably qualified electrician. Proof of professional installation may be requested for a warranty claim.

Delivery area

Free standard delivery applies to the mainland areas stated in the listing. Northern Ireland, Highlands and offshore islands may be excluded or require a different service. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed in advance.

Items must be signed for and inspected on arrival. Missing items or visible damage must be reported through eBay messaging within 48 hours.

Faulty goods and warranty claims

If a fault develops, first consult the manufacturer's instructions and troubleshooting advice, then contact us through eBay messaging. Warranty cover may be affected by misuse, unauthorised modification or installation by an unqualified person.

Cancellations and returns

You may request cancellation before dispatch through eBay. Once an item has shipped, any return is handled under the returns policy displayed in the eBay listing. Returned items must be appropriately packaged and in the condition required by that policy.

Manufacturer guarantees

Guarantee cover is subject to the manufacturer's conditions. The appliance must be used for domestic purposes, installed and operated in accordance with the instructions, and not misused or repaired by an unauthorised person.

Damaged or missing items

If visible damage is noticed at delivery, you may refuse the item. Please unpack carefully, retain the original packaging and inspect the complete product as soon as reasonably possible.

Damage, loss or missing parts must be reported through eBay messaging within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence of the product and packaging before arranging collection or another resolution.

If an appliance is installed before reported damage is assessed, the damage may be considered to have occurred during installation. Please also check that no components are missing and report any discrepancy promptly.
