What it means Design allows a hydration reservoir to be stored inside with a hole for access to the drinking tube. Why it matters Often lighter and makes drinking easier while moving, but adds complexity compared to bottles. Some prefer to easily see water levels in a bottle. Expert tip Helpful if you like hydrating on the go; it's not essential if you’re comfortable stopping to use bottles.
Pack Access	Top
What it means Ways you can access gear inside the pack, such as top, front, bottom or side openings. Why it matters More access points make it easier to access items; fewer openings keep things simpler and lighter.
