This mattress originally arrived with courier handling damage to the outer packaging only.
Upon inspection, no damage to the mattress was found.
It has been inspected, tidied and professionally repackaged and, to the best of our knowledge, has not been used.
The mattress and its components have passed our Quality Control inspection.
Where required, mattresses are sterilised and steam cleaned. Some mattresses arrive in new condition and therefore only require inspection and repackaging.
Your mattress will arrive fully sealed in protective polythene packaging.
All mattresses are delivered flat/open.
They are NOT rolled or vacuum-packed.
If a mattress has any visible marks, scuffs or damage, photographs showing these defects will be included in the listing.

We offer a 30-day returns policy.
If you change your mind, the mattress can be returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days for a refund.
Return postage costs for non-faulty items are the buyer's responsibility.
If an item has been used or shows significant wear, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund where permitted.

If your mattress arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us promptly.
We may request photographs of the damage or fault so our Quality Control team can investigate.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or collection and refund.
Please inspect your mattress carefully when it arrives and report any visible transit damage as soon as possible.
Our guarantee covers faults that can reasonably be considered to have originated with the product, such as certain material failures or significant premature dipping.
Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
The guarantee also does not cover:
Accidental damage
Pet damage
Misuse
Damage caused by moisture or exposure to the elements
Heavily soiled mattresses
Normal changes resulting from regular use
To help maintain your mattress:
Always use a suitable mattress base.
Keep the mattress dry and protected from moisture.
Use suitable bedding and mattress protection.
Turn and rotate the mattress regularly.
During the first 200 nights, we recommend rotating it approximately once a month.
After this period, rotate it at least every six months.
Use the fitted turning handles to assist with positioning.
As this is a double-sided mattress, both sleeping surfaces are designed to be used.

Please allow approximately 7–10 days for delivery.
Our national carrier normally delivers between 7am and 9pm.
Unfortunately, specific delivery times cannot be selected because deliveries are organised according to the courier's route. Delivery times provided are estimates rather than guaranteed appointments.
Delivery is made to the communal/main entrance of the property. Couriers are not authorised to carry mattresses further into the property.
This mattress is approximately 36cm deep and is delivered flat, so please check that there is sufficient access to your property before ordering.

Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to offshore islands, including:
