Original vintage 1985 NWA / Jim Crockett Promotions World Championship Wrestling arena program featuring “Nature Boy” Ric Flair on the cover.

This program was personally obtained at a Jim Crockett Promotions wrestling event in Charleston, West Virginia in 1985.

Research into the program and period television schedules strongly points to the Friday, April 19, 1985 Charleston, WV event as the show where this program was obtained. Contemporary World Championship Wrestling broadcasts on WTBS from April 6 and April 13, 1985 both advertised Jim Crockett Promotions appearing in Charleston, WV on April 19, 1985.

The television listings printed on the back of the program also fit this early-1985 period, including World Championship Wrestling on WTBS and JCP's expanding television markets.

Features many of the biggest stars of the classic Jim Crockett/NWA era, including:

Ric Flair • Dusty Rhodes • Tully Blanchard & Baby Doll • Buzz Sawyer • Dick Slater • Ivan & Nikita Koloff and others.

Great piece of original 1980s NWA / Mid-Atlantic / Jim Crockett Promotions wrestling memorabilia, especially for Ric Flair and Dusty Rhodes collectors.

Important provenance note: The program itself is not printed with a Charleston date. Based on the original owner's recollection, contemporary WTBS event advertisements and the television information printed on the program, April 19, 1985 in Charleston, WV is the believed event/date where it was obtained.

Program shows normal vintage age/storage and handling wear, including some age toning and edge/corner wear. Please examine all photos carefully for exact condition.
