This is a vintage specialty puller, probably for a Model T Ford application as APCO made primarily Ford tools and accessories. The company was in Providence, the Auto Parts Company, one of the companies created by Frank Mossberg. At some point in the 20's APCO and Mossberg merged to form Apco-Mossberg,  This is a small puller, 4 1/2" across the frame, and the screw is 3" long.  It is marked on both sides in large letters APCO and also Providence RI  Made in USA.   When tools like this are used, they are usually hammered on and show lots of wear. This one shows no sign it was ever used.  Unusual as the jaws face in different directions.
