📬 HOW IT WORKS
1️⃣ Order and send us your MacBook
2️⃣ We assess it as soon as it arrives — in most cases we get started on the repair the same day
3️⃣ If anything's unusual, we'll contact you first before doing any work
4️⃣ 1–2 working day turnaround, counted from when we receive your MacBook — not from your order date
5️⃣ We ship it back to you on a tracked, insured service — also included in your price 🚚

⚠️ IF WE CAN'T REPAIR IT
If the only reason we can't complete the repair is something like significant corner or frame damage, we'll return your MacBook to you at no extra cost, fully insured, and refund your service fee in full.

🎒 BEFORE YOU SEND IT IN
🔐 Please back up your data first — we can't be held responsible for data loss during repair

📸 ON ARRIVAL
We photograph and inspect every MacBook when it arrives. If there's damage that means we can't safely fit a new LCD, we'll be in touch with an alternative before doing anything further.

🛡️ 12 MONTH WARRANTY included on every replacement screen, does not cover physical damage.
