a vintage 1922-23 hunting license from Culpeper Virginia. front is paper but back is a woven material of some kind, unsure if it came that way or if someone added a tape to the back to make it sturdy, if it was added it doesn't seem to be peeling, so maybe it was issued that way. please see all pictures for details.
