The lot includes a Lease and Release, Re-assignment, Deed of Covenant, Conveyance, Lease, and Assignment. These are original early 19th-century legal/property documents featuring period handwriting, signatures, seals and other historical details.

Condition: The documents are over 200 years old and show age-related wear, including folds, creases, staining, toning, edge wear and occasional small tears. One document originally had four seals; only one seal remains intact, while the other three are missing/damaged. Please review the photographs carefully for condition.
