Brand new RICHMOND Cartridge Box and Cap pouch. Box is a Confederate copy of the M1857 cartridge box with an implement pouch, single Confederate tin, and the finial is a copy of the machined CS made malleable iron round finial. The cap pouch is a common shield front with a pewter finial and a wide belt loop on the back. As with most of my products, these items were cut from patterns taken from original items when I served as a museum director under the auspices of the US Army Center of Military History. Every item is hand cut, hand dyed and hand stitched as were the originals in a one man, veteran owned and operated shop, so no foreign stuff here. If you are looking for machine stitched, cheap, imported copies, keep looking, such is not here!
