Pickens the then Governor of South Carolina. 

This note is part of a collection of CSA & obsolete banknotes bank vaulted for over 50 years and now being offered to our many eBay customers. We photographed this note under natural lighting conditions to assist you with your evaluation. Additionally the photos zoom in quite well, allowing you to view this note under extreme magnification.
