"To His Honor, the Honorable Judge of the Haifa Sharia Court,"

"The petitioner states that her husband, Abdul-Rahim, married her under a valid Sharia marriage contract and consummated the marriage over eight years ago. However, for months he has failed to fulfill his marital duties and has not provided her with a proper Sharia dwelling (Sakan Shar'i). Furthermore, he expelled her from his house and left her without financial support."

"The petitioner turned to the court requesting an order compelling her husband to provide adequate maintenance or release her from the marriage contract. Since the husband refused to take her back or provide suitable housing, the petitioner requests the court to award her alimony in the amount of 20 Piastres per month, retroactive to the date of filing, and to charge the defendant with all court costs."

Payments:

Please make a payment within 5 working days of receiving an invoice. Not doing so may result in an unpaid item claim being opened and the item being relisted. Please get in touch if you know a payment will be delayed and we can work together to come to an amicable agreement wherever possible.

We only take items down if there is an error in the listing, or if they have been re-listed in error. This helps to ensure our bidders and repeat buyers have confidence in our auctions.

Damage:

We use additional stiffeners and waterproof packaging to protect our items. Thus far, we have never had an item that has been received as damaged. However, should this happen, please keep any packaging - as well as the item - as evidence. Please also take photographs. Failure to do so may impact on our postal insurance and subsequently impact upon the eligibility of your refund.
