this is a Japanese first edition poliwrath from the base set. it is the no Rarity version which had a shorter print run. I would consider this card heavily played due to the edge wear and Holo scratches but overall presents well. would make an excellent binder copy but could be graded if desired. has a swirl in the upper corner too!
