The Cali76 Stacked Edition is a studio-grade dual-stage FET compressor featuring two 1176-style compressor circuits connected in series. It can deliver everything from subtle, transparent dynamic control to huge clean sustain and heavily compressed lead tones while maintaining excellent clarity, touch sensitivity, and note definition.
It features high-quality low-noise Class-A circuitry and offers extensive control over both compression stages.
Controls:
* Dry – blends the uncompressed signal back in for parallel compression * Out – output level * In – input gain and compression amount * Attack/Release 1 – controls the first compression stage * Thru – controls how strongly Stage 1 drives Stage 2 * Attack/Release 2 – controls the second compression stage
Each stage uses a fixed 4:1 compression ratio, with separate gain-reduction LEDs for visual feedback.
