Product Condition 
New items are unused and include original packaging when applicable. Packaging may show minor shelf/shipping wear. 

Pre-owned items are fully tested, inspected, cleaned, and sanitized before shipment unless stated otherwise. 

Storage
All items are stored in a safe, secure, and climate-controlled environment to maintain quality and condition.

Shipping

• Ships within one business day 
• We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays 
• Tracking provided immediately 
• The most common shipping method we use is Fed Ex Ground Economy, Fed Ex Home Delivery, or USPS Ground Advantage (unless worked out with buyer otherwise)
• For heavier shipments, we most commonly use Fed Ex Ground or UPS ground. 
• We welcome buyers to message us before purchasing if express/overnight shipping is requested (buyer pays shipping) 
• Shipping offered internationally when applicable through Ebay's international shipping hub. 

Returns (30 Days)

• Returns are always first priority, and we strive to reach a solution as soon as possible. 
• Returns accepted within 30 days for most items
• Buyer pays return shipping unless item is not as described
• 20% restocking fee may apply for opened new items (waived if not as described)
