This is a St. Lucia Nyrbaline Airmail Cover.  It was sent from Castries, St. Lucia to San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic on 2/24/1930.

This beautiful cover is among the last of the Nyrbaline covers.  Nyrbaline was forced to merge with PAN AM on 8/19/1930.  It was a pioneering air service by American WWI Flying Ace Ralph O'Neill.
