PC Software: Enter “wwwfoxwelltech.us" in your computer browser to download the PC installation package.

B.How can I connect the thermal camera with Foxwell FoxIR?

1. Download Foxwell FoxIR in Play Store to Android device and plug camera.

2. If no prompts, turn on OTG in Android settings. Re-plug camera.

C.The device makes clicking sounds. Is it abnormal?

1. This is a normal process. The camera opens the shutter by default, which is used to automatically correct the environment to improve image sharpness and quality

2. If you think the clicking sound has an impact, you can manually close the shutter

D.Is this RT100 thermal imaging camera suitable for iOS?

No. Only for Android and (PC) Windows

1. Android system requires Android 7.0 and above

2. The phone should have OTG function
