Small cut/notch in one corner of the case and some cosmetic wear from normal use; please see photos. All selector positions were tested with a multimeter and correctly route continuity between the input and corresponding antenna connections. No shorts were detected and the selector knob turns smoothly and seats properly in each position. Includes the original box
