Bang & Olufsen | B&O Bang & Olufsen BeoGram 9500 — Tangential Turntable — Good Condition — No MMC

Designed by Jacob Jensen and produced from 1989, the BeoGram 9500 is one of the final expressions of the classic B&O tangential turntable format — a design lineage stretching back to the BeoGram 4000 of 1972. The linear tracking arm moves across the record on a precision rail, holding the groove at exactly zero degrees of tracking error, and the short, rigid arm that this permits is a genuine engineering advantage rather than a styling one. Output is line-level via DIN, requiring a compatible B&O source or an external DIN phono stage; there is no built-in RIAA equalisation. An MMC cartridge is required; none is included.

Good overall condition. Marks on the aluminium of the dust cover. The dust cover also shows some hazing, which is common on turntables of this age. Please inspect the images closely. No MMC cartridge included.

MMC cartridges are available from B&O dealers and specialist suppliers. DIN-to-RCA adapter required for non-B&O sources.
