This is a never used, still in package, DSL wall filter.

If you know what that is, then you are here because you need one.

I never used it because I had a different filter type that fit better in the wall.

It's been kept in a cool, dry place for 15+ years and should be fine.  

But I can't test it, so I am not charging much.
