Corry Brokken – Mijn Ideaal / Het Telegram – 7" Vinyl – 1962 – NM

Vintage Dutch single by Corry Brokken, one of the best-known Dutch singers of the 1950s and 1960s and winner of the 1957 Eurovision Song Contest. Her recordings from this period are characteristic of the polished orchestral pop and chanson style popular in the Netherlands.

The A-side “Mijn Ideaal” is a Dutch version of “Tu te laisses aller,” associated with Charles Aznavour. The B-side “Het Telegram” is another period vocal recording, with both tracks featuring orchestral accompaniment conducted by Bert Paige.

Dutch Philips 45 RPM pressing from the Favorieten Festival series, catalog number 318 786 PF. Made in Holland.

Vinyl is graded Near Mint (NM): minimal signs of handling with excellent playback.
Grading applies to the vinyl only. See photos for sleeve and label condition.
