Bruel & Kjaer 2209 vintage sound level meter with Octave filter set and a selection or accessories in the original flight case.

It is fitted with the B & K 4145 1" condenser mic with an optional omni-directional head and windshield.

It includes a set of 8 double-sided interchangeable scales for the main attenuator control for alternative input types e.g. vibration.

This was one of the industry standard instruments for portable sound level measurement in the 1970's-90s and widely used for vehicle, aircraft and industry certification.

Good appearance for age (see pictures), checked as working for basic operation, but NOT calibrated. Case is complete but has signs of wear. "D" cell batteries included. The original barometer is included, I think used for high altitude calibration.
