About 4 digits Digital Objects Counter with 3D printed PETG Enclosure:

This ESP32-powered 4-digit digital counter is a smart and versatile device designed to count objects automatically or manually. It can display values from 0 to 9999 using a bright, colorful LED matrix display. Users can change the colors. The system uses a photoresistor–laser beam mechanism to detect passing objects and increment the count with precision.

With built-in WiFi, you can access a browser-based control panel directly from your phone or computer—no app installation required. Simply connect to the ESP32’s WiFi access point and manage the counter wirelessly.

Features:

Automatic Object Counting:

A laser beam constantly shines on the photoresistor. When the beam is interrupted (object passes through), the counter increases/decreases by one. Users can restrict photoresistor from counting via web interface.

-Manual Controls
Three onboard buttons let you control the counter easily:

UP: Increase count manually
DOWN: Decrease count manually
RESET: Reset the counter to zero

About 3D printed enclosure:

Small layer lines, marks and glue marks are normal characteristics of a 3D printed PETG enclosure. It is not intended to compete with an injection-moulded enclosure in cosmetic perfection; instead, it is designed to work well, hold the electronics circuitry securely and give your project a professional finished appearance.

Customization is available. Please contact us before ordering if you require modifications.
