Item is brand new and sealed. It comes with the mini PC and the original power adapter and all instruction leaflets. 

This mini PC is exceptionally similar to the GMKtec Nucbox K10. It looks like it's the same unit, just re-branded with a different colour on the case. I will say the BIOS is simpler than the GMKtech one though, as you can't adjust the individual power limits of the i9 13900HK. I'd recommend checking out some reviews online about the Nucbox K10 to give you an idea of this machines performance. 

One thing to mention as although this PC has the HK CPU variant I don't believe you can change anything in the bios related to the CPUs power / voltage.
