Royal Copenhagen porcelain teacup and saucer in the iconic Blue Fluted Full Lace pattern, one of the Danish manufacturer’s most recognizable and enduring blue-and-white designs. Both pieces feature delicate hand-painted cobalt blue floral decoration, fluted porcelain bodies, and the elaborate pierced-look lace borders characteristic of the pattern.

This set is first quality, with no factory second-quality slash marks through the Royal Copenhagen three-wave trademark. Both pieces are marked with pattern/model number 1038.

The pieces date to consecutive years based on the Royal Copenhagen date marks. The saucer dates to 1963, identified by the underlined “O” in COPENHAGEN, while the teacup dates to 1964, identified by the underlined “P” in COPENHAGEN. This makes the set a particularly attractive mid-century example of Royal Copenhagen craftsmanship.

An elegant addition to an existing Blue Fluted Full Lace service or a beautiful standalone piece for collectors of Royal Copenhagen and Danish porcelain.
