Partially Tested. Charger was plugged into a standard wall outlet using the included NEMA 5-15 adapter and powered on with green Tesla status light. Charging handle button presses normally, but there is cracking around the button as shown. Shows normal scuffs scratches and cosmetic wear from use. Cord is in good condition with no cuts or punctures. Includes NEMA 5-15 (1099345-10-C) household outlet adapter and Tesla mesh carrying case.
