# Return Policy

All of our parts are genuine OEM used parts that have been carefully inspected before being removed from the donor vehicle. Parts with visible damage or defects that would affect normal operation are not offered for sale unless clearly stated in the listing. Please review all photos, the description, and the OEM part number carefully before purchasing to ensure compatibility with your vehicle.

Return Eligibility

* Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, is defective, or is significantly different from the listing description.

* Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all original markings, labels, security seals, and identification tags intact.

* Parts that have been installed, programmed, modified, disassembled, painted, repaired, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.

* Buyers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchasing. Matching the OEM part number is strongly recommended.

Shipping Damage

* Please inspect your package upon delivery.

* If the package shows signs of shipping damage, take clear photos before opening it and document any damage immediately.

* Claims for shipping damage require photos of both the packaging and the damaged item.

Electronic Components

Electronic modules, ECUs, BCMs, TCMs, radios, instrument clusters, and other programmable components are removed from vehicles that did not show issues related to those components unless otherwise noted. We are not responsible for programming, coding, or compatibility issues. Returns due solely to programming or coding are not accepted unless the part is confirmed to be defective.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. We are committed to providing accurate descriptions and excellent customer service, and we will work with buyers.
