This lovely plate is part of my mom’s oyster plate collection that she is downsizing. This plate has a lot going on in textures. The edge is an irregular scallop, which is covered generously in a gold gilt. There are tiny dots in semi circles. The brim of the Wells has a dot pattern along it. Inside the wells are a pattern suggestive of a fish, possibly . Wells are painted a very gated pink/cranberry/burgundy center area is surrounded by gold. Will photograph with a red can of Coke to show color. There are no chips or cracks in this plate plate has no makers mark.
