This is a vintage brooch.  It is made from a gold tone ornate metal frame, with a raised profile cameo in orange/red and white relief.  

It has a safety clasp. It also has a hanger, so could be used as a pendant

The brooch is approximately 3.5 cm in width and 4.5 cm in length.

It is in good, but secondhand condition, with some minor signs of wear/tarnish.
