This is a PC CD-ROM Card and was released in 1998 by MDC Video Cards.

 It features highlights footage of Essendon set to a soundtrack of “My Game” by The Secrets. 

Please note that the CD-ROM can only be played using the older MICROSOFT WINDOWS 3.1, 95, 98 or NT operating systems. 

There are some light wear and tear and scuff marks on the outer cardboard sleeve. 

The CD-ROM is rectangular rather than a normal circular disc and measures 7.3cm wide x 9cm high.
