What is The Negotiator: Career? Career is a campaign system for the solo game The Negotiator. The campaign is designed for 10 games, with 1 game corresponding to 1 year of your career. During the campaign, you will experience your own unique career as a negotiator, from entry into service to retirement.
In most years you will conduct negotiations with hostage takers, as you know from the base games and the expansions. But Career also offers you a completely new experience: you experience an overarching framework in which you not only go through your professional career, but also have to manage your private life. Don't worry, purely fictional of course. You make professional and private decisions that affect your “character” and that have a lasting impact on the rest of the game.
